race for life
My friend Elfa and I will be doing the Cancer Research Race for Life this year on 31 July in Clapham. I figure that if Paddington Bear ran 26 miles in the London Marathon yesterday in fur and his usual duffle coat, then Elfa and I can run 5 miles in Lycra.
