This is Jamie Oliver's Spinach Pie that I made earlier in the week - very tasty! Such a great way to make use of an abundance of spinach/silver-beet in the vegetable garden.
So pleased you like it D&K. It was super easy to make (except the pastry I bought wouldn't peel apart nicely, that didn't seem to matter, though!). I added a little nutmeg and used parsley, basil and mint instead of dill.

ReplyDeleteI need recipes for spinach as I also have abundance of this green leafy vegetable in my fridge. Have you tried creamed spinach? It's also very good.
