koala hospital

Earlier this week Will and I visited the Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie. The Hospital rescues 200-250 injured and orphaned koalas annually. We were too early for the 3pm tour hosted daily by one of the volunteers, but it was lovely to see the adorable little things doing so well (or, rather, sleeping so soundly!) after experiencing trauma, such as a motor vehicle accident or a dog attack. Click here to see some of the cutest furry faces you have ever seen! It costs $50 to adopt a koala for one year.

be my valentine

Good Will Bunting is all loved up with a new Valentine's range. There's three to choose from (two are vintage fabrics) and each one is trimmed with lovely little red hearts. It's now available in my Etsy shop.

happy new year

After two weeks off, today I got back to exercising. It felt like I was pulling behind me the trailer load of food I've eaten in that time. Thanks so much for your support in 2011. Here's to a happy and fruitful 2012!
