Jorey Hurley

The drawings of San Francisco-based artist Jorey Hurley make me so happy. I'd love to own some but I love so many that I don't know how to decide. Prints (16"x20") are for sale in Jorey's Etsy shop and you can see the full archive here. Here are some of my favourites:

switcheroo

What a great project from Canadian photographer Hana Pesut! Switcheroo is an hilarious look at couples, friends and family. In photo one they wear their own clothes and in photo two they wear the other's. It's also an interesting statement about gender stereotypes. Hana is raising funds to turn the project into a book. 100 curators, 100 days

Saatchi Online is hosting "the largest online art exhibition created by curators from the most prestigious museums and galleries around the world", that is, '100 Curators 100 Days,' where curators from around the world present a set of interesting artists to check out each day. I really liked 'Landscapes and Small People #92' by Nikki Lindt from Brooklyn, NY, as selected by Cheryl Sim from Montreal, CA.
And Indoorspace by Cecile Van Hanja from Haarlem, NL, as selected by Britt Salvesen from Los Angeles.
There's a great selection of photographers amongst the collection, too. Also check out their For $100 CollectionVia: Fast Company
