halloumi: a tribute

Oh, halloumi, how delicious and versatile you are. You're always there for us when we we need something fast and easy for dinner. Grilled, fried, baked; wraps, Bites - you name it, you can do it. Thank you, we love you.

Halloumi is such a great cheese - love it grilled in a salad with tomato, rocket, spinach leaves and balsamic vinegar. YUM. And yummy pics here too :)
