beautiful jasmine

It's been five years since I've been home in Australia to enjoy the beginning of spring. With all the new growth, blossoms and balmy weather, spring is my favourite time of year. My birthday is also in spring, and this year Will and I are getting married in spring. More reasons to celebrate! I think the award for best smell of spring goes to the port wine magnolia and to beautiful, bouncy jasmine. What is your favourite season?

how strange, i just picked a flower on my walk an hour ago that looks almost exactly like this one on st john. i think it's jasmine, but it doesn't have any pink in the buds like yours in australia.
love your photos!
